To provide the service we collect the details you give us at registration (name, email, phone), your gift and redemption activity, and technical information such as device/browser data needed to run and secure the platform.
We use your data to operate your account, process gifts and payments, show your impact and insights, prevent fraud and abuse, and communicate service updates. We do not sell your personal data.
Payments are handled by third-party providers (e.g. JazzCash / card networks). We receive confirmation of a transaction but do not store full card or wallet credentials.
Identity documents and other sensitive records (where applicable) are encrypted and access-controlled.
We share data only as needed to deliver the service (e.g. with payment processors and food providers to fulfil a redemption), or where required by law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data, subject to legal and record-keeping requirements. Anonymous feedback remains visible to administrators for follow-up.
We apply industry practices including encryption in transit, access controls and abuse protections. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
