Meherbaan is a community service digital platform that lets givers ("Meherbaans") purchase digital meal units that are redeemed by verified labourers ("Mazdoors") at verified food providers ("Tandoors"). By using this website you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
A gift purchases meal units that become available for redemption according to the platform rules (including any deferment period). Gifts once committed, made available or redeemed, are non-returnable and non-refundable. Unit prices and any platform fee are shown before purchase.
Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g. JazzCash / card networks). By paying you authorise the charge shown at checkout. We do not store your full card or wallet credentials.
Campaign units fund a specific beneficiary or cause. Amounts shown as "raised" reflect completed payments. A platform fee may be added on top of the campaign target; it is never deducted from the beneficiary amount.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Meherbaan is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
