Returns & Refunds policy

1. General Policy

All purchases of units/vouchers (e.g., fuel units, meal units) are considered final and non-refundable, except in limited circumstances outlined below.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • A transaction fails but payment is deducted

  • Units are not issued due to a system error

  • The service becomes unavailable before redemption

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Gifted units partially or fully redeemed

  • Incorrect recipient details provided by the user

  • Expired units (if expiry policy applies)

4. Refund Process

  • Users must submit a request within 1 day of transaction

  • Requests must include transaction details

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days.

5. Exceptions

In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to evaluate refund requests at our discretion.
